Profile/ Hinge Section
Registered Design Hinged Section – design NO2097746 is a combined full-length aluminium hinge consisting of a longitude male and female interlocking two-piece system 2.5mm profile grade aluminium 6063T6. The main frame is a registered design 42mm x 3mm grade 6063T6 BSEN77 aluminium. All corners are Tig welded and dressed to 100-micron finish.
Locks
Security allen keys, zinc dipped with 6mm hole to fit s/steel security screws with thread length of 16mm
Clear Display Panel
2mm thick PET polyethylene – terepmhthalate. Weather resistant, shock resistant and environmentally friendly, UV stable fire rating class 1Y or German DIN4102B1.
