We aim to offer the best quality products for the best possible price. We also pride ourselves on fantastic customer service where we work closely with all our customers to ensure the products we produce are to the customers required specification.
As we are a fabrication company, we can also provide bespoke solutions for our customers. So whatever project our customers may be working on, we are happy to work alongside our customers to manufacture the products to suit.

Our Manufacturing Process
Our highly skilled team of bespoke fabricators are rightly proud of the innovative products we have fabricated over the years. Working closely with product designers has meant that we have been able to push the boundaries in terms of innovation as well as delivering products of unwavering quality.
Fabrication
Raw materials to finished products
Our fabrication facility in West Yorkshire is where our skilled team transforms architects’ visions into engineered products. The facility’s layout mirrors the workflow, from raw materials to finished products.
We work closely with suppliers to ensure a just-in-time supply of materials like aluminium and steel. As bespoke fabricators, we cut materials to the exact lengths needed for each design.
After fabrication, our team sands and finishes each product, ensuring strong, seamless joints. The powder coating team cleans and treats the products before applying the final finish. Afterward, additional components and mechanical parts are added, quality-checked, packaged, and sent to the customer.

Assembly
Creating the finished products
In the Assembly and Despatch area, products are built after powder coating. The spec sheet is reviewed, and the finished product is created, quality-checked, and dispatched.
Each customer order is carefully studied to ensure it meets the correct specifications, with thorough quality checks along the way.
Our busy assembly area is where we add the finishing touches to fabricated and painted products. The despatch team adds items like felt-covered pinboard inserts, polycarbonate windows, or magnetic panels per the customer’s spec. Skilled technicians install mechanical parts, such as hinges or pneumatic arms, before a final quality check.
Every product is built and assembled by our experienced staff, giving us full control over the process. We handle high-volume orders and ensure consistent quality throughout assembly.
Once assembled, the product is packaged, marked for despatch, and sent to the customer. We prioritise ensuring our goods arrive in perfect condition by coordinating with customers to select the best transportation method.
