All the products we make for our customers are done so ‘in house’ at our own factory and we have complete control of the manufacturing process. We work closely with our customers to ensure they get a product bespoke to their individual requirements.

Custody Suite Fixed Table
Introducing a superior-quality, heavy-duty fixed table designed for versatile applications and engineered for enduring performance.
The sturdy steel framework, constructed from 50mm x 50mm x 3mm mild steel, is fully welded for durability. Fixing plates seamlessly welded to the table legs allow secure floor attachment with heavy-duty expansion bolts, The entire framework is finished with a Matt Black RAL 9005 powder coating.
The table features a tabletop with a 10mm 0623 (Dark Grey/Black) Compact Grade Laminate bonded to 35mm Birch Plywood, presenting an overall thickness of 45mm.
The tabletop is edged with an Ash Lip for a smooth finish, and all timber surfaces are double-coated with clear varnish. The tabletop is securely fastened to the robust metal framework through security screws.
With a low-maintenance design, a 10-year structural guarantee, and the use of fully recyclable materials, this British-made fixed table ensures longevity and sustainability for various settings.

The entire framework is finished with a Matt Black RAL 9005 powder coating.
The chair features a solid Ash backrest (250mm x 450mm x 40mm) and seat (450mm x 375mm x 40mm), featuring rounded, smooth edges and double-coated with clear varnish for a polished look. The timber components are securely fastened to the metal framework using security screws.

The seat, constructed from solid Ash (1000mm x 375mm x 40mm), features rounded, smooth edges and is double-coated with clear varnish. Securely fastened to the metal framework through security screws.

Timber Stool
Introducing a versatile single timber stool seat designed for use with interview screens or in detention areas.
The seating is expertly crafted from 45mm thick Iroko hardwood battens, providing both durability and a natural aesthetic. Mounted on tubular steel posts securely bolted to the floor, the stool ensures stability. The timber bench top is finished with two coats of water-borne varnish for a polished look, while the steel post features a sleek Black polyester powder coating.
Additional options include the availability of Ash or Maple battens, offering flexibility to accommodate diverse preferences and design needs.
