All the products we make for our customers are done so ‘in house’ at our own factory and we have complete control of the manufacturing process. We work closely with our customers to ensure they get a product bespoke to their individual requirements.

Living Roof Shelter
Manufactured in our West Yorkshire based factory and built to the required specification to include:
- Entire shelter framework constructed from heavy duty non-rust 6mm aluminium.
- Registered design purpose built roof that perfectly houses and shields the Sedum from the elements whilst also allowing for drainage within the design.
- The Sedum works brilliantly with providing an initial filter of the pollution and particles from transport exhausts, whilst also attracting bees and other pollinating insects.
- Stylish design that can be powder coated in any colour helping to define a route or be on brand for the particular council or transport executive.
- Essentially, the Horizon Shelter is quick and easy to install on site meaning traffic congestion is minimised and more can be fitted in a day.

Flag Post Bracket
Bracket to be bolted to Shelter Uprights and clear the roof trim.
- Constructed from 30mm x 30mm x 3mm Aluminium Box Section.
- Bracket to come out from the Shelter Up right by 100mm
- Fully welded with fixing bracket and end cap.
- Bus Stop Flag can be easily fixed to the post.
- Powder coated finish.
Bus Stop Poles, Sleeves & Flags
Horizon provides a selection of posts and poles which are long lasting and adaptable. Several of these items have been designed to retro-fit existing base units to ensure cost effectiveness and versatility.
The bus stop pole can be:
- 76mm dia Stainless Steel – any length
- 76mm dia Powder Coated Aluminium – any length
- 76mm dia Galvanised – any length
We also have our own design and extrusion Poles as follows:
- Shield Smooth Anodised Aluminium + Infill Strip – 4 mtrs
- Shield Ribbed Anodised Aluminium + Infill Strip – 3.75 mtrs
- Shield Ribbed Mill Finish Aluminium and Painted + Infill Strip – 3.75 mtrs
- Retro Fit 76mm I/D Plastic Ribbed Sleeves – 3 mtrs
The anti-graffiti “Plastic Ribbed Sleeve” and “Shield Pole” can be used to freshenup or rebrand existing bus stop poles. They can either be stand alone posts or they also fit perfectly over a 60mm square spigot or an existing 76mm diameter pole. This can save time and money by not needing the ground works digging out and a post re-fitting.
Bespoke Station & Airport Seating
Made to measure stylish but robust seating system that can be easily adapted to fit the space you have available.
- Heavy duty steel framework with all joins welded and dressed.
- Can be designed and manufactured to your specific requirements.
- 3mm thick steel seats with perforated holes laser cut in.
- 5mm thick steel formed support arms optional.
- Fixing brackets are securely fixed to the floor or wall depending on preference.
- All powder coated at our works, so any RAL colour choice or combination is available.
- Site visit and installation service available if required.
